水利工程施工各阶段技术管理思路研究

摘 要 本文通过对水利工程施工前期、中期和后期的技术管理进行分析和总结，探讨施工管理信息化与技术创新
的应用，阐述了水利工程施工管理的定义和意义，论述了施工前期工作任务分解与分配、施工中期进度控制与管
理、施工后期竣工验收与技术交底等方面。研究认为，科学的技术管理思路能有效提高水利工程施工效率和质量，
促进施工过程的持续改进。最后，文章提出了施工管理信息化的重要性，为提升水利工程施工管理水平提供了有益
的借鉴和参考。

AbstractThispaperanalyzesandsummarizesthetechnicalmanagementattheearly,middleandlatestagesofwater
conservancy project construction, discusses the application of construction management informatization and technological
innovation, expounds the definition and significance of water conservancy project construction management, and discusses
thepre-constructionworktaskdecompositionandallocation,mid-constructionprogresscontrolandmanagement,andpost-
constructioncompletionacceptanceandtechnicaldisclosure.Thestudyshowsthatscientifictechnicalmanagementideas
can effectively improve the construction efficiency and quality of water conservancy projects, and promote the continuous
improvement of the construction process. Finally, this paper puts forward the importance of construction management
informatization, and provides a useful reference for improving the construction management level of water conservancy projects.
