城市平原区水土保持监测内容与指标研究

摘要：以北京市为例，通过研究北京市城市平原区水土保持功能定位和水土流失特征，结合海绵城市建设要求，试

探性地提出了以城市水土保持、河岸带水土保持、农村水土保持、施工临时水土保持4类措施为主要监测内容，径流

量、泥沙含量、植被覆盖率、COD、SS、氨氮共6项监测指标的城市平原区水土保持监测指标体系。该体系还属于探

索阶段，需不断优化完善，以期为全国城市平原区水土保持监测提供借鉴。

Abstract:TakingBeijingasanexample,throughstudyingthefunctionalpositioningofwaterandsoilconservationandthe

characteristicsofwaterandsoillossintheurbanplainareaofBeijing,combiningwiththeconstructionrequirementsof

spongecity,thefourmaintypesofmeasures,includingwaterandsoilconservationinurbanarea,riparianarea,ruralarea

andtemporarywaterandsoilconservation,weretentativelyputforward.Alsoamonitoringindexsystemforsoilandwater

conservationinurbanplainareawithsixmonitoringindexes,includingrunoff,sedimentcontent,vegetationcoverage,COD,

SSandammonianitrogen,wasputforward.Thissystemisstillintheexploratorystageandneedstobeoptimizedand

perfectedcontinuouslytoprovidereferenceforsoilandwaterconservationmonitoringinurbanplainareasthroughoutthe

co
