【摘要】BACKGROUND:Intheprocessoftoothmovement,alveolarbone

remodelingprocessisnotonlyinfluencedbyorthodonticforceapproach

andbalancebetweenlipandtongue,butalsolimitedbyalveolarbone

morphology.nbrOBJECTIVE:Topreliminarilystudythemorphological

characteristicsoftheincisivealveolarboneinadolescentwithskeletalclass

IImalocclusionofdifferentverticalfacialskeletaltypes.nbr

METHODS:SixtypatientswithclassIImalocclusion,aged11-16years,were

dividedintothreegroups:(1)high-anglegroup:theanglebetweenthe

anteriorskulbaseandmandibularplanewas40°,andtheanglebetween

theorbitomeatalplaneandmandibularplaneanglewas32°.(2)Low-

anglegroup:theanglebetweentheanteriorskulbaseandmandibular

planewas29°,andtheanglebetweentheorbitomeatalplaneand

mandibularplaneanglewas22°.(3)Averageanglegroup:theangle

betweentheanteriorskulbaseandmandibularplanewas≥29°,≤40°,and

theanglebetweentheorbitomeatalplaneandmandibularplaneangle

was≥22°,≤32°.Eachgroupincluded20subjects.Cephalometricfilmswere

takenandmeasuredtoanalyzethemorphologicalcharacteristicsofthe

incisivealveolarbonewithSPSS17.0.nbrRESULTSAND

CONCLUSION:(1)Thethicknessoftheapicalalveolar:theUBP,LBPvalue

andthetotalnbsp;thicknessoftheapicalalveolarweresignificantly

differentbetweenthethreegroups(P0.05).TheULPandLLPvalueswere

significantdifferentbetweenthehigh-angleandlow-anglegroups

(P0.05).(2)Thealveolarheight:theUBH,ULH,LBH,andLLHvalues

showedsignificantdifferencesamongthethreegroups(P0.05).These

findingsindicatethatthethicknessofthelabialalveolarboneofthe

incisorisobviouslythinnerinthehigh-anglemalocclusionthanothers,

indicatingitisveryimportanttopreventthefenestrationandbone
