TheIntegratedDellRemoteAccessController(iDRAC)isdesignedtomakeserveradministratorsmoreproductiveand
improvetheoverallavailabilityofDellservers.iDRACalertsadministratorstoserverissues,helpsthemperformremoteserver
management,andreducestheneedforphysicalaccesstotheserver.Additionally,iDRACenablesadministratorstodeploy,
monitor,manage,configure,update,andtroubleshootDellserversfromanylocationwithoutusinganyagents.Itaccomplishes
thisregardlessoftheoperatingsystemorhypervisorpresenceorstate.
iDRACalsoprovidesanout-of-bandmechanismforconfiguringtheplatform,applyingfirmwareupdates,savingorrestoringa
systembackup,ordeployinganoperatingsystem,eitherbyusingaGUIoraremotescriptinglanguage,suchasRedfishor
RACADM.
