Allwiringworkinagridconnectedphotovoltaic(PV)installationistobecarriedoutbyaholderofanACTunrestrictedelectricallicence.Interstatelicenseescanapplyformutualrecognitionoftheirlicenceusingthemutualrecognitionoftheirlicenceusingthemutualrecognitionapplicationformfromourwebsiteunderforms..au/app/services/licence/#/electrician

OpenCircuit(Voc)valueofaPVinstallationintheACT?

ThemaximumvoltageratingofalltheelectricalequipmentneedstobehigherthanthemaximumoutputvoltageofthePVarraywhenadjustedfortemperaturevariations.Clause4.1.2ofAS/NSZ3000:2007requiresyoutopreventanyadverseeffectstheelectricalequipmentmightcauseontheelectricalinstallation.IntheACT,youshoulduseatemperaturevalueofatleast-10oCastheminimumoperatingtemperatureintheurbanareasandpossiblyalowervalueinthenonurbanandalpineareasoftheACT.
