EMPLOYMENTAGREEMENT

ThisEmploymentAgreement(theAgreement)ismadeandenteredintoasofthe___dayof___________,20__,byandbetween___________(theEmployer),acorporationorganizedandexistingunderthelawsof___________,withitsprincipalofficelocatedat___________,and___________(theEmployee),anindividualresidingat___________.

Article1:EmploymentTerms

1.1Position:TheEmployerherebyemploystheEmployee,andtheEmployeeherebyacceptsemployment,inthepositionof___________(thePosition),reportingto___________.
