Thiscontractmaybeterminatedbyeitherpartygivingwrittennoticetotheotherpartyatanytimeduringthetermofthecontract.Theeffectivedateofterminationshallbethedatespecifiedinthenotice.Thepartiesshallusetheirbesteffortstocompletealloutstandingworkinprogressontheeffectivedateoftermination.
