LICENSEAGREEMENTSeries2000Firmware,VERSION(ANY)

Readthetermsofthislicenseagreementandanybeforeinstallationprovidedsupplementallicenseterms(collectivelyAgreement)

carefully.Incaseofanycontradictionbetweenthislicenseagreementandtheprovidedsupplementallicenseterms,thesupplemental

licensetermsshallrule.ThesoftwarethisAgreementappliestoisprotectedbycopyrightlawandotherinternationallegislation,

regulationsandagreementsaboutintellectualproperty.Byinstalling,usingorcopyingthesoftware,youagreetobeboundbytheterms

ofthisAgreement.

1.LICENSETOUSE:SennheiserelectronicGmbHCo.KG(“Sennheiser”)grantsyouanon-exclusiveandnon-transferablelicensefor

theuseoftheaccompanyingsoftwareanddocumentation(collectivelySoftware)onlytoadministrateorcontrolthethereforespecified

SennheiserEquipment.YouarenotallowedtousetheSoftwaretocontrolortoadministrateanyhardwareotherthanSennheiser

Equipmentwithouthavingaseparatewrittenlicenseagreementtherefor.

2.RESTRICTIONS:TheSoftwareisprotectedbyintellectualpropertyrights.TitletoSoftwareandallassociatedintellectualproperty

rightsincludingwithoutlimitationanymodifications,enhancementsandrevisionsoftheSoftware,isretainedbySennheiserand/orits

licensors.Unlessenforcementisprohibitedbyapplicablelaw,youmaynotmodify,decompile,orreverseengineerSoftware.Noright,

titleorinterestinortoanytrademark,servicemark,logoortradenameofSennheiseroritslicensorsisgrantedunderthisAgreement.

3.DISCLAIMEROFWARRANTY:TheSoftwareisprovidedASIS.Withoutlimitingtheforegoing,Sennheiserdoesnotguaranteethat

theSoftwareisfreeoferrorsorwilloperatewithoutbugs,viruses,lossofdataorinterruptions.YourexclusiveremedyandSennheiser’s

entireliabilityunderthi
