BANKLOANCONTRACT

ThisBankLoanContract(hereinafterreferredtoastheContract)ismadeandeffectiveasof[Date],byandbetween[BankName](hereinafterreferredtoastheBank)and[BorrowerName](hereinafterreferredtoastheBorrower).

1.LoanGrant

TheBankagreestolendandtheBorroweragreestoborrowthesumof[Amount]intheUnitedStatesDollar(USD).Thedetailsoftheloanarespecifiedbelow:

*LoanAmount:[USDAmount]

*LoanPurpose:[PurposeoftheLoan]

*LoanTerm:[LoanDuration,e.g.,3years]

*InterestRate:[InterestRatePercentage]%perannum

2.Repayment

TheBorrowershallrepaytheloaninfull,withinterest,inmonthly/quarterlyinstallmentsoverthetermoftheloan.Detailsofrepaymentscheduleareattached.

3.Security

TheBorrowershallprovidecollateralsecurityfortheloan,inaformacceptabletotheBank,toguaranteerepaymentoftheloan.DetailsofcollateralarespecifiedinAnnexureA.

4.TermsandConditions

Thepartiesagreetothefollowingtermsandconditions:

*TheloanshallbeusedexclusivelyforthepurposestatedinthisContract.

*TheBorrowershallnotifytheBankofanychangeinaddressorfinancialstatusthatmayaffecttheloan.

*TheBorrowershallpayallfeesandchargesassociatedwiththeloanasspecifiedintheloanagreement.

*IftheBorrowerfailstomakeanypaymentontime,theBankmaychargealatefeeorpenalty,asspecifiedintheloanagreement.

*IftheBorrowerdefaultsontheloan,theBankmaytakepossessionofthecollateralandseeklegalremedies.

5.Interest

Theinterestontheloanshallbecalculatedandpaidmonthly/quarterly,inaccordancewiththeinterestratespecifiedinthisContract.

6.Prepayment

TheBorrowerhastheoptiontoprepayanypartoralloftheloan,atanytime,withoutpenalty.DetailsofprepaymentarespecifiedinAnnexureB.
