淮北人居环境改善安置房二期B19#楼施工组织设计

摘要

本工程系淮北人居环境改善安置房二期B19#楼，拟建住宅楼为地上26层和地下1层，其建筑类型为一类住宅建筑，建筑结构为剪力墙结构。建筑高度为75.70m，地上建筑面积为11815.10㎡，基底面积为531.42㎡。根据相关规范、规程标准与要求，结合毕业设计要求、设计图纸的要求以及本工程的实际情况对本施工组织设计进行编制。

按照GB/T50326-2017的标准，结合业主的需求，结合工程合同、现场条件以及施工的具体需求，把人员、资源、时间这三个方面作为重点，以有效的方式来安排施工，以确保施工的顺利进行。本施工组织设计共分为十章，分别是编制依据、工程概况、施工部署、施工准备、施工现场平面布置、主体结构施工方法、资源配置、质量保证措施、施工进度保证措施、安全施工、环境保护措施及文明施工。

AccordingtothestandardsofGB/T50326-2017,combinedwiththeneedsoftheowner,theprojectcontract,siteconditions,andspecificconstructionneeds,thepersonnel,resources,andtimeareprioritizedtoarrangeconstructioninaneffectivemannertoensurethesmoothprogressoftheconstruction.Thisconstructionorganizationdesignisdividedintotenchapters,whicharepreparationbasis,projectoverview,constructiondeployment,constructionpreparation,constructionsitelayout,mainstructureconstructionmethod,resourceallocation,qualityassurancemeasures,constructionprogressassurancemeasures,safetyconstruction,environmentalprotectionmeasures,andcivilizedconstruction.
