SCOPEANDREPORTINGPERIOD
ThisisthefourthEnvironmental,SocialandGovernance(“ESG”)
reportbytheGroup,highlightingitsESGperformance,with
disclosurereferencemadetotheESGReportingGuideasGEM
describedinAppendix20totheGEMListingRulesandGuidance
setoutbyTheStockExchangeofHongKongLimited.
TheGroupisprincipallyengagedin(i)salesanddistribution(i)
ofpublications,andthesalesofprintandonlineadvertising(ii)
spaces,and(ii)promotionofproductsandservicesbyorganizing
prohibitionsandshows.ThisESGreportcoverstheGroup’s201911
overallperformanceintwosubjectareas,namely,Environmental
andSocialoftheabove-mentionedbusinessoperations,from1
January2019to31December2019,unlessotherwisestated.
STAKEHOLDERENGAGEMENTANDMATERIALITY
InordertoidentifythemostsignificantESGaspectsfortheGroup
tofocuson,keystakeholdersincludingshareholders,investors
andemployeeshavebeeninvolvedinregularengagement
meetingstodiscussandtoreviewareasofattentionwhichwill
helpthebusinessmeetitspotentialgrowthandbepreparedfor
futurechallenges.
Inthereportingperiod,theGroupparticularlyengagedthe
boardofdirectors,themanagementandfrontlineemployees
toidentifymaterialESGaspects.ThetopfiveESGmaterial
aspectsidentifiedwere(i)employeehealthandsafety,(ii)labour(i)(ii)(iii)
standards,(iii)intellectualproperty(“IP”)rights,(iv)customerdata(iv)(v)
protectionand(v)anti-corruption.
