**Article2:TermandModificationoftheContract**

(1)Toprovidehigh-qualityonlineclubserviceswithintheagreedscopeandstandards;

(2)ToensurethesecurityandconfidentialityofthePrincipalsinformation;

(3)Toprovidetimelytechnicalsupportandmaintenanceservices;

(4)Tocomplywithrelevantlawsandregulations.

(5)TopromptlyinformthePrincipalofanychangestotheservicesorcharges.

3.2ThePrincipalsObligations:

(1)TopaythefeesasstipulatedinArticle5;

(2)Toprovideaccurateandcompleteinformationfortheprovisionofservices;

(3)Tocomplywiththerulesandregulationsoftheonlineclub;

(4)ToprotecttheContractorsintellectualpropertyrights;

(5)TopromptlyprovidefeedbackandsuggestionstotheContractor.
