Tektronixwarrantsthattheproductwillbefreefromdefectsinmaterialsandworkmanship

foraperiodofthree(3)yearsfromthedateoforiginalpurchasefromanauthorized

Tektronixdistributor.Iftheproductprovesdefectiveduringthiswarrantyperiod,

Tektronix,atitsoption,eitherwillrepairthedefectiveproductwithoutchargeforpartsand

labor,orwillprovideareplacementinexchangeforthedefectiveproduct.Batteriesare

excludedfromthiswarranty.Parts,modulesandreplacementproductsusedbyTektronix

forwarrantyworkmaybeneworreconditionedtolikenewperformance.Allreplaced

parts,modulesandproductsbecomethepropertyofTektronix.

Inordertoobtainserviceunderthiswarranty,CustomermustnotifyTektronixofthe

defectbeforetheexpirationofthewarrantyperiodandmakesuitablearrangementsforthe

performanceofservice.Customershallberesponsibleforpackagingandshippingthe

defectiveproducttotheservicecenterdesignatedbyTektronix,shippingchargesprepaid,

andwithacopyofcustomerproofofpurchase.Tektronixshallpayforthereturnofthe

producttoCustomeriftheshipmentistoalocationwithinthecountryinwhichthe
