phasecompensationcircuitplusadrivertransistor.TheMD85XXisdesigned

specificallyforapplicationswherevery-lowIQisacriticalparameter.Thisdevice

maintainslowquiescentcurrentconsumptionevenindropoutmodetofurtherincreasethebatterylife.

Wheninshutdownordisabledmode,thedeviceconsumeslessthan100-nAIQevenwithinputvoltageof

40Vthathelpsincreasetheshelflifeofthebattery.
