施工资料收登制度是指施工项目部对施工资料的收文登记管理制度。其目的是为了规范施工资料管理流程，加强收文管理，提高办事效率。其内容包括：

Thereceivingandregisterationsystemofconstructiondocumentsreferstothesystemofreceivingandregisteringconstructioninformationbytheconstructionprojectdepartment.Itisdesignatedtostandardizethedocumentsmanagementprocess,improvethemanagementofreceiptandtheefficiency.Itscontentsinclude:

（1）施工资料收登管理负责人和具体实施人。Thepersoninchargeofthemanagementofreceivingandregisteringdocumentsandthespecificimplementer;

（2）施工资料的规范性检查。Normativeinspectionofconstructiondocuments;

（3）收文登记。Receivingandregistration;
