1.拆除工程的一般规定
（1）Generalregulationsfordemolitionworks
（1）项目经理必须对拆除工程的安全生产负全面领导责任。
Theprojectmanagermusttaketheoverallleadershipresponsibilityforthesafetyandproductionofthedemolitionproject.
（2）拆除工程施工区域应设置硬质封闭围挡及醒目警示标志，围挡高度不应低于1.8m。
Theconstructionareaofthedemolitionworksshallbesetupwitheye-catchingwarningsignsandhardclosedenclosureswiththeheightofnolessthan1.8meters.
（3）拆除施工严禁立体交叉作业。

;2.拆除工程的施工准备

(1)拆除工程的建设单位与施工单位在签订施工合同时，应签订安全生产管理协议，明确双方的安全管理责任。建设单位、监理单位应对拆除工程施工安全负检查督促责任，施工单位应对拆除工程的安全技术管理负直接责任。
