motors.RY4833supportstwo-wayH-bridgedrive,whichcandrivetwo-waybrushDCmotor,orabipolarstepper

motor,orsolenoidorotherinductiveload.ThepoweroutputmoduleofeachH-bridgedriverofRY4833consists

ofN-typepowerMOSFET.EachH-bridgeincludesrectifiercircuitandcurrentlimitingcircuit.Theinternal

shutdownfunctionincludesovercurrentprotection,shortcircuitprotection,undervoltagelockoutprotectionand

overtemperatureprotection,andprovidesanerroroutputpin.

RY4833supportsthreepackages,namelyTSSOP16packagewithexposedpad,QFN16-4×4andQFN16-3×3

packageswithexposedpad,whichcaneffectivelyimprovetheheatdissipationperformance.Lead-freeproduct,
