?ThisGiftAgreementContract(theContract)ismadeandenteredintoasof[date]byandbetween:

Donee:[Doneesfullname],a[nationality]national,residingat[Doneesaddress](hereinafterreferredtoastheDonee).

I.Recitals

TheDonordesirestomakeagifttotheDonee,andtheDoneedesirestoacceptsuchgift.Thepartiesherebyagreetothefollowingtermsandconditionsregardingthegift.

II.DescriptionoftheGift

A.TangibleProperty

1.RealEstate

TheDonorherebygiftstotheDoneeaparcelofrealestatelocatedat[propertyaddress],describedas[legaldescriptionoftheproperty,includinglotnumber,blocknumber,etc.].Thepropertyiscurrentlyzonedfor[zoningclassification]andhasanapproximateareaof[squarefootage]squarefeet.Itincludesamaindwellingconsistingof[numberofbedrooms]bedrooms,[numberofbathrooms]bathrooms,alivingroom,adiningroom,akitchen,andabasement.Thereisalsoadetachedgaragewithacapacityfor[numberofcars]carsandabackyardwithapatioarea.

2.PersonalProperty

TheDonorgiftstotheDoneeallfurniture,fixtures,andappliancescurrentlylocatedwithintheabovementionedrealestate.Thisincludesbutisnotlimitedto:

Livingroomfurniture:a[brand]sofa,two[brand]armchairs,a[brand]coffeetable,anda[brand]entertainmentcenter.

Diningroomfurniture:a[brand]diningtablewith[numberofchairs]chairs.

Kitchenappliances:a[brand]refrigerator,a[brand]stove,a[brand]microwaveoven,anda[brand]dishwasher.

Bedroomfurniture:[descriptionofbeds,dressers,etc.ineachbedroom].

B.IntangibleProperty

1.IntellectualPropertyRights(ifapplicable)

IftheDonorownsanyintellectualpropertyrightsrelatedtoaparticularbusiness,invention,orcreativework,andwishestogiftsuchrightstotheDonee,adetaileddescriptionshallbeprovidedhere.Forexample,iftheDonoristheownerofapatentfora[descriptionoftheinvention],thepatentnumberis[patentnumber],andtherelevantfilingdatesandjurisdictionsare[listoffilingdatesandcountries/regionswherethepatentisfiled].TheDonorherebytransfersall
