SERVICECONTRACT

Parties:

1.ServiceProvider:[ServiceProviderName]

2.Client:[ClientName]

Introduction:

ThisServiceContractismadeandenteredintobyandbetweentheServiceProviderandtheClient,whereintheServiceProvideragreestoprovidecertaintechnicalservicestotheClient,andtheClientagreestopayforsuchservices.

ScopeofServices:

1.ServiceDescription:TheServiceProvidershallprovidetechnicalsupportandmaintenanceservicestotheClientscomputersystemsandsoftware.Thisincludes,butisnotlimitedto,systemadministration,networkconfiguration,softwareinstallation,andtroubleshooting.

2.ServiceHours:TheServiceProvidershallprovideservicesfrom9:00AMto5:00PM,MondaythroughFriday,excludingholidays.

3.ServiceLocation:TheServicesshallbeprovidedattheClientsofficelocation.

PaymentTerms:

1.PaymentMethod:TheClientshallpaytheServiceProviderbycheckorwiretransfer.

2.PaymentSchedule:TheClientshallmakepaymenttotheServiceProvideronamonthlybasis,inarrears.

3.Invoice:TheServiceProvidershallprovideaninvoicetotheClientatthebeginningofeachmonth,detailingtheservicesprovidedandthecorrespondingcharges.TheClientshallreviewtheinvoiceandnotifytheServiceProviderofanydiscrepancieswithin5businessdaysofreceiptoftheinvoice.Failuretodososhallconstituteacceptanceoftheinvoiceasis.

ContractDuration:

ThisContractshallbeeffectivefromthedateofexecutionandshallcontinueforaperiodof12months.UponexpirationofthisContract,itshallbeautomaticallyrenewedforsuccessive12-monthterms,unlesseitherPartygivesnoticetotheotherPartyatleast30dayspriortotheexpirationdatethatitdoesnotwishtorenewtheContract.
