ThisEnglishDonationContractismadebyandbetween[NameofDonor],hereinafterreferredtoasthe“Donor”,and[NameofDonee],hereinafterreferredtoasthe“Donee”.Thepartiesherebyagreeasfollows:

1.DonationAmountandPurpose:TheDonoragreestodonatethesumof[Amount]totheDoneeforthepurposeof[SpecificPurpose].Thisdonationshallbeusedsolelyforthatpurposeandshallnotbedivertedtoanyotheruse.

2.Payment:Thepaymentofthedonationshallbemadethrough[MethodofPayment]onorbefore[DateofPaymen
