WarrantyPolicy

Thisproductiswarrantedagainstfailuresduetodefectivepartsorfaultyworkmanshipfora

periodoffiveyearsafterdeliverytotheoriginalowner.Duringthisperiod,FSRwillmakeany

necessaryrepairsorreplacetheunitwithoutchargeforpartsorlabor.Shippingchargestothe

factoryorrepairstationmustbeprepaidbytheowner,return-shippingcharges,viaUPS/FedEx

ground,willbepaidbyFSR.

Thiswarrantyappliesonlytotheoriginalownerandisnottransferable.Inaddition,itdoesnot

applytorepairsdonebyotherthantheFSRfactoryorAuthorizedRepairStations.

ThiswarrantyshallbecancelablebyFSRatitssolediscretioniftheunithasbeensubjectedto

physicalabuseorhasbeenmodifiedinanywaywithoutwrittenauthorizationfromFSR.FSR’s

liabilityunderthiswarrantyislimitedtorepairorreplacementofthedefectiveunit.

FSRwillnotberesponsibleforincidentalorconsequentialdamagesresultingfromtheuseor

misuseofitsproducts.Somestatesdonotallowtheexclusionofincidentalorconsequential

damages,sotheabovelimitationsmaynotapplytoyou.Thiswarrantygivesyouspecificlegal

rights,andyoumayalsohaveotherrightswhichvaryfromstatetostate.

Warrantyclaimsshouldbeaccompaniedbyacopyoftheoriginalpurchaseinvoiceshowingthe

purchasedate(ifaWarrantyRegistrationCardwasmailedinatthetimeofpurchase,thisisnot

necessary).Beforereturninganyequipmentforrepair,pleasereadtheimportantinformationon

servicebelow.
