1.LeaseObject
TheLessoragreestoleasetotheLesseeandtheLesseeagreestoleasefromtheLessorthefollowingdescribedfactorybuilding(hereinafterreferredtoasthe“Premises”)locatedat[Address].
2.TermofLease

5.SecurityandMaintenance
