SOFTWARELICENSEBASEDONAUTOSARRELEASEDMATERIAL(ASLR)
(LICENSE).ANYUSE,REPRODUCTIONORDISTRIBUTIONOFTHEPROGRAM
CONSTITUTESRECIPIENTSACCEPTANCEOFTHISAGREEMENT.
1.DEFINITIONS
AffiliatedCompanymeans,withrespecttoanyparty,anyotherlegalentitythat,directly,or
indirectly,controls,oriscontrolledbyorisundercommoncontrolwith,suchparty.Forpurposes
ofthisdefinition,control(includingthetermscontrolling,controlledbyandunder
commoncontrolwith),asusedwithrespecttosuchparty,shallmeanthepossession,directlyor
indirectly,ofthepowertodirectorcausethedirectionofmanagementorpoliciesofsuchparty
throughthemajorityownershipofvotingsecurities.AnyAffiliatedCompanyshallnotbe
deemedasthirdpartyinthisASLR.
AUTOSARmeansasystemarchitecturethatisstandardizedbytheAUTOSARdevelopment
cooperation.
AUTOSARAssociatePartnermeansapartycommittedtothecommercialexploitationof
AUTOSAR,whichiseffectivelyboundtothetermsofanAUTOSARAssociatePartner
agreement.
AUTOSARCorePartnermeansapartywhichiseffectivelyboundtothetermsofthe
AUTOSARdevelopmentagreement.
AUTOSARDevelopmentPartnermeansapartyinterestedinthedevelopmentand/or
committedtothecommercialexploitationofAUTOSAR,whichiseffectivelyboundtotheterms
ofanAUTOSARDevelopmentPartneragreement.
AUTOSARExploitationLicensemeansthelicensegrantedbytheAUTOSARdevelopment
cooperationfortheautomotiveexploitationofAUTOSARasdefinedintherespective
AUTOSARagreement.ForexamplesuchalicenseisgrantedtocurrentAUTOSARCore
Partners,AUTOSARPremiumPartners,AUTOSARDevelopmentPartnersandAUTOSAR
AssociatePartners.
AUTOSARPremiumPartnermeansapartyinterestedinthedevelopment
