Elastomersandplasticsmusthaveasatisfactoryspecificvolumeresistancesothatthiskindof
corrosionisprevented.Thisalsoappliestomaterialsthatcomeintocontactwithpaintedlightmetal
surfaces,sincethepaintlayersdonotensurefullprotectionagainstbimetalliccorrosiondueto
possibledamages,flawsinthepaint,etc.
