摘要

随着科技日新月异的发展，信息技术在众多行业中的运用日益广泛，其中集成式考勤系统的开发与实施也受到了越来越多的关注和重视。本项目旨在利用Java语言，以MVC架构为基础，构建一个全面的在线出勤管理系统。在项目的实施过程中，我们充分利用了JSP技术和面部识别技术，将其融入到了系统的各个关键环节，包括部门管理、部门领导管理、员工管理、工资分配、加班安排、请假制度、出差管理、打卡监控、考勤记录、公告发布以及系统管理等多元化功能模块。我们选取MyEclipse作为开发平台，以MySQL数据库为基础，实现了高效的数据存储和管理。此外，项目还采用了基于HTML+CSS的前端设计方式，确保了系统界面的美观与易用性。该系统通过科学的管理方法，结合用户的实际操作需求，显著降低了数据丢失和错误的风险，为企事业单位的考勤管理提供了强有力的技术支持。

Abstract
