ThisCodeofConductappliestoallmembersoftheRoyalAcademyofDance
(RAD)whouponadmissionandreadmissionareboundbyitsBye-Laws.
MemberswhoareteachersregisteredwiththeRADarealsoboundbythe
CodeofProfessionalPracticeforteachersregisteredwiththeRAD,visit
formoreinformation.
Members(includingteachersregisteredwiththeRAD)will:
• whencalledupontogiveaprofessionalopinioninanymatters
concerningtheRAD,dosowithobjectivityandreliability
• neverknowinglyengageinanycorruptorunethicalpracticethatmay
affectthereputationoftheRAD
• furthertheinterestsandmaintainthedignityandwelfareofthe
RAD,itsmembersandemployees,andtheprofessionsofdanceand
danceteaching
• observeallrulesandregulationsoftheRADinrespectof
membershipasnotifedtothemorpublishedbytheRAD,and
• observetheprinciplesoffairness,equalityandprofessionalisminall
dealingswithemployeesoftheRAD,fellowmembersormembers
ofthlic.
Uponadmissionto,oruponrenewalofmembership,membersagreetouphold
theBye-LawsoftheRADasmaybeamendedfromtimetotime,andtoadhere
tothisCodeofConduct.
AnyfailureonthepartofamembertoobservethisCodeofConductwillbe
dealtwithinaccordancewiththerulessetoutintheDisciplinaryRulesand
Proceduresrelatingtoallmembers,pursuanttoBye-Laws9.3and10.1ofthe
RoyalAcademyofDance(DisciplinaryRulesandProcedures).
