电路说明

此故障诊断码用于识别停车灯电路开路故障。当该电路开路时，踩下制动器

后，至电子控制单元(ECU)的停车灯开关输入信号无法改变状态。ECU将制动

开关输入线的低电流5伏传感电压传送至后制动灯灯泡。如果后制动灯电路

完好，该电压将通过后制动灯灯泡被拉低（1伏以下）至接地。当按下制动灯

开关时，蓄电池电压被至后制动灯和ECU，指示制动灯已启亮。如果该电

压一直低（1伏以下）或一直高（蓄电池电压），则ECU无法确定制动开关状

态，将设置DTCC0165。

设置故障诊断码的条件

C0165可能在初始化后出现。如果制动开关输入线的电压介于2到5

伏之间并持续2秒，将设置此故障诊断码。

设置故障诊断码时发生的操作

•防抱死制动系统(ABS)仍可工作。

清除故障诊断码的条件

•若设置DTCC0165的条件不再存在，则可用合适的故障诊断仪来清

除故障诊断码。

•在100个驱动循环内未出现的故障诊断码将从数据中清除。

Thisdiagnostictroublecodeisusedtoidentifyanopencircuitproblemintheparkinglightcircuit.

Whenthiscircuitisopen,theparkinglightswitchinputsignaltotheelectroniccontrolunit(ECU)cannot

changestateafterthebrakeisdepressed.TheECUsendsthelowcurrent5voltsensingvoltageonthe

brakeswitchinputlinetotherearbrakelightbulb.Iftherearstoplightcircuitisintact,thisvoltagewill

bepulledlow(sthan1volt)throughtherearstoplightbulbtoground.Whenthebrakelightswitchis

pressed,batteryvoltageisdtotherearbrakelightsandECU,indicatingthatthebrakelightsare

on.Ifthisvoltageisconsistentlylow(under1volt)orconsistentlyhigh(batteryvoltage),theECUcannot

determinethebrakeswitchstatusandDTCC0165willbeset.
