ThisEmploymentContract(theContract)ismadeandenteredintoasof[Date],byandbetween[EmployersNameorCompanyName](Employer),a[EmployersLegalStatus],withitsprincipalplaceofbusinessat[EmployersAddress],and[EmployeesName](Employee),a[EmployeesLegalStatus],withhis/herprincipalplaceofresidenceat[EmployeesAddress].
1.PositionandDuties
1.1TheEmployeeisherebyemployedbytheEmployeras[PositionTitle],commencingon[StartDate].TheEmployeesprimarydutiesandresponsibilitiesshallinclude,butnotbelimitedto,thefollowing:

1.2TheEmployerreservestherighttochangetheEmployeesdutiesandresponsibilitiesfromtimetotime,providedsuchchangesareconsistentwiththeEmployeesqualificationsandtheEmployersbusinessneeds.
2.TermofEmployment
2.1ThisContractshallbeeffectivefrom[StartDate]andshallcontinueforaninitialtermof[DurationofInitialTerm](theInitialTerm).UnlessterminatedearlierinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisContract,itshallautomaticallyrenewforsuccessivetermsof[DurationofRenewalTerm](theRenewalTerms)unlesseitherpartygiveswrittennoticeofitsintentionnottorenewatleast[NoticePeriod]priortotheexpirationoftheInitialTermoranyRenewalTerm.
3.SalaryandCompensation
3.1TheEmployeeshallbepaidasalaryof[SalaryAmount]per[PaymentFrequency](theSalary).TheSalaryshallbepaidonthe[PaymentDate]ofeach[PaymentFrequency].
3.2InadditiontotheSalary,theEmployeeshallbeentitledtothefollowingbenefitsandcompensation:

4.WorkingHoursandSchedule
