    Abstract

    Asthecorepartofthelandpreparationpowderridgemachine,theselectionofthe

    relevantparametersofthepicksdirectlyaffectsitsperformance,andthusaffectstheworking

    effectofthegroundridgingmachine.Therefore,itisofgreatsignificancetostudythe

    influenceofrelevantparametersonthecuttingperformanceandwearcharacteristicsofthe

    gearforimprovingtheefficiencyandreducingtheoperatingcost.Basedonthediscrete

    elementmethodandthetheoryofcuttercuttingrock,thispaperusesEDEMtoestablisha

    linearcuttercuttingmodelofcuttercuttingsandstone,andconstructsauniaxialcompression

    simulationexperimentcombinedwithlaboratoryexperimentstocompletethevirtual

    parametercalibrationofthediscreteelementmodelofcuttercuttingsandstone.Control

    variablemethodcombinedwithresponsesurfaceanalysismethodwasusedtostudythe

    relationshipbetweencuttingstructureparametersandcuttingparametersoncutting

    performanceandwearcharacteristicsoflandpreparationpowderridgemachine.Finally,

    Optimizationwasusedtooptimizethecombinationofparameters.

    Themainresearchcontentsandconclusionsofthispaperareasfollows:

    (1)UsingEDEMtoconstructauniaxialcompressionvirtualcalibrationexperimentof

    reclaimedsandandstone.IntheEDEMsoftwareenvironment,theultimatedisplacementand

    ultimateloadofsandstonewererecordedandcomparedwiththeresultsofindooruniaxial

    compressionexperiment.Thebasicparametersofthediscreteelementmodelofsandstone

    werecalibratedbyPBexperiment,steepestclimb
