以下是出借方委托本公司履行的相关条款，借款人应仔细阅读并严
格遵守。
一、借款人所的一切，必须有效，否则自负。
二、借款关系产生，借款人的随意更改，如需更改，
必须及时本公司，以便本公司随时联系借款人，如果在24小时
之内联系不上，本公司将派人上门，费用每人500元起，按实际人
数算数。
三、借款人的住址更改，要及时告知公司。
四、借款人在本公司借款，在其他任何一家公司再借款，如果
发现借款人在其他公司有借款行为，借款人必须马上归还本公司借
款，并交借款金额50%的违约金。
五、借款人如果到期没有归还本金，也没有支付利息，超过一天违约金
按利息的1:1收取

mpanytoperform.Theborrowershouldreadthemcarefullyandstrictly
abidebythem.
1.Allalinformationprovidedbytheborrowermustbetrueandvalid,otherwisethe
borrowerwillberesponsiblefortheconsequences.
2.Aftertheloanrelationshipisestablished,theborrowerscontact
informationmustnotbechangedatwill.Ifitneedstobechanged,the
companymustbenotifiedintimesothatthecompanycancontactthe
borroweratanytime.Ifthecompanycannotcontacttheborrowerwithin
24hours,thecompanywillsendsomeonetothedoor.Thecoststartsat500
yuanper,basedontheactualnumberofpeople.
3.Iftheborrower’saddresschanges,thecompanymustbe
informedpromptly.
4.Afterborrowingfromourcompany,theborrowerisnotallowedto
borrowfromanyothercompany.Iftheborrowerisfoundtohave
borrowedmoneyfromothercompanies,theborrowermustimmediately
returntheloanfromourcompanyandpayapenaltyof50%oftheloan
amount.
5.Iftheborrowerfailstorepaytheprincipalorinterestwhendue,
liquidateddamagesformorethanonedaywillbechargedat1:1ofthe
interest.
