ThisRentalAgreement(the“Agreement”)ismadeandenteredintoon[Date](the“EffectiveDate”)between[LandlordsFullName](the“Landlord”)of[LandlordsAddress],Singapore,and[TenantsFullName](the“Tenant”)of[TenantsAddress],Singapore.

1.PropertyDescription

TheLandlordherebyleasestotheTenant,andtheTenantherebyleasesfromtheLandlord,thefollowingpropertysituatedat[PropertyAddress],Singapore(the“Property”)onthefollowingtermsandconditions:

-TypeofProperty:[TypeofPropertye.g.,apartment,flat,house,etc.]

-Description:[DetaileddescriptionoftheProperty,includingnumberofbedrooms,bathrooms,amenities,etc.]

-FloorArea:[TotalfloorareaoftheProperty]

2.Rent

TheTenantshallpaytotheLandlordamonthlyrentof[MonthlyRentAmount](the“Rent”)inSingaporeDollars,whichshallbepayableonthe[DateofRentPayment]ofeachmonth(the“RentDueDate”)byelectronicfundstransfertotheLandlord’sdesignatedbankaccount.

3.SecurityDeposit

TheTenantshallpaytotheLandlordasecuritydepositof[SecurityDepositAmount](the“SecurityDeposit”)upontheEffectiveDate.TheSecurityDepositshallberefundableupontheterminationofthisAgreement,subjecttotheTenant’scompliancewiththetermsandconditionshereof.

4.Term

ThisAgreementshallcommenceontheEffectiveDateandshallcontinueforaperiodof[NumberofYears/Months](the“Term”)unlessterminatedearlierinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisAgreement.

5.UseofProperty

TheTenantshallusethePropertysolelyforresidentialpurposesandshallnotuseorpermitthePropertytobeusedforanyillegal,unlawful,orotherimproperpurposes.

6.MaintenanceandRepairs

-TheTenantshallmaintainthePropertyingoodrepairandconditionduringtheTerm,exceptforwearandtear.
