    simulationsystemwithcontrollabletemperatureofpipefurnaceprovidesthesolid

    wasteboilerhightemperatureenvironment.Thepowerplantflyashsmearevenlyon

    themetalplateonthesimulationofsolidwasteboilersuperheatersurfacedust,anduse

    thecylindersmadeHCl,O,Nmixedgasandwatervaportosimulatethesolidwaste

    boilerfluegasatmosphere.Theexperimentalresultsshowthat,inthestudyofcorrosion

    characteristics,(1)temperaturehasasignificantimpactonthecorrosionrateofmetal.

    Atdifferenttemperatures,thecorrosionlawisparabolic.Whenthetemperatureislower

    than450℃,thecorrosionrateislower.Whenthetemperaturereachestheinflection

    pointof550℃.Thecorrosionratewillchangefromslowgrowthtoacceleratedgrowth.

    (2)metalmaterialsalsohaveagreatinfluenceonthecorrosionrateofmetal.Alloysteel

    (suchas12CrMoVG)andcarbonsteel(suchas20G)havesimilarcorrosionrates.And

    stainlesssteel(suchas:TP304H)showsbettercorrosionresistance.(3)thetypeand

    contentofalkalimetalsalsohaveacertaininfluenceonthecorrosionrate.Thehigher

    thecontentofalkalimetalsis,thefasterthecorrosionrateis.TheeffectofKClon

    corrosionratewasslightlyhigherthanthatofNaCl.

    3.Accordingtothethermodynamicequilibriumcalculationresults,temperature

    changehasagreatimpactontheexistenceformandcontentofalkalimetalK/Na.At

    about600℃,gasphaseNaClandKClbegintoappear.Atthesametemperature,when

    theexcessaircoefficientA1,withtheincreaseoftheexcessaircoefficient,HCl

    contentfirstincreasesrapidlyandthenflattensout.However,whenA≥1,thecontentof
