Abstract：Thetemperatureandvibrationcontroloftraditionalcentrifugalcastingmainlydependsonhumanexperience,andtheprecisionandintelligenceofformingpartsarelow.Thecentrifugalcastingprocesswasanalyzed.Aimingatthetemperatureofcentrifugalcastingsystemandthevibrationoftheframe,thespeedofthedrivemotorwaspreciselycontrolledandadjustedinrealtimebyPLCprogramming.Thetemperatureandvibrationintensityofcentrifugalcastingcanbemonitoredandadjustedinrealtime,andtheintelligentcontrolcanberealized.Inordertoensurethattheimportanttechnologicalparametersofcentrifugalcastingiswithinareasonablerange,thestart-uptermiscontrolledbysettingthetemperatureduringthestart-upprocessoftheequipment.AccordingtothevibrationintensityinthecontrolsystemHMI(human-machineinterface),showninthePLCcanautomaticallystoredata,computateandprocessintheinterior.Theintelligentcontrolsystemcanprovideimportantbasisfortheintelligentproductionofcentrifugalcastingandmoldingproc
