摘要：针对氧分析仪在热轧加热炉应用中存在的问题，从测量原理、检测方式等方面分析了热轧加热炉的氧分析仪的选型问题。

考虑到使用过程中易受安装位置和工况的影响，提出了所需遵循的一系列原则和方法。选取抽取式和直插式两种典型的氧分析仪对

安装过程和校准方法进行了仔细研究。结合实际经验，提出了常见故障的诊断和处理方法。实际表明，这些方法对氧分析仪在热轧

加热炉上的可靠使用具有重要的指导意义。
