多气缸气动程序电控系统设计

摘要:气动机械手是S动化生产线上常用的g动化装置，通常用于物料的抓取和转移，降低劳动者工作强度，提高生产

效率。机械手各方向的运动均由气缸驱动，由于气缸数目较多，且各气缸的动作步骤重复交叉，所以在不同的步序线上会出

现相同的控制信号，形成干扰，导致误动作。以气动机械手电气控制回路设计为例，阐述了多气缸气动程序电控系统的设计

过程及干扰信号处理方法，为复杂气动程序电气控系统的设计提供参考。

Abstract:Pneumaticmanipulatorisacommonly-usedautomaticdeviceintheautomaticproductionline,itcanbe

usedtograbandtransferthematerial,reducethelaborintensityandimprovetheproductionefficiency.Themovement

ofthemanipulatorisdrivenbythecylinder.Thenumberofcylindersislarge,andtheactionstepsofeachcylinderare

repeatedlycrossed,sothatthesamecontrolsignalwillappearondifferentstepsandforminterferencewhichresultsin

malfunction.Takingthedesignofpneumaticcontrolcircuitofpneumaticmanipulatorasanexample,thedesign

processandinterferencesignalprocessingmethodofmulti-cylinderpneumaticprogramelectroniccontrolsystemare

described,whichcanprovidereferenceforthedesignofcomplexpneumaticprogramelectricalcontrolsystem.
