摘要

随着新世纪无纸化办公方式的普及，自动化信息处理和基于网络的信息交互方式已被广泛应用。现在很多行业基本上都是交由计算机进行管理和测试，网络与计算机已成为整个线上管理体系中的重要组成部分。虽然信息技术广泛应用和数据存取更加方便，但是数据资料泄露的几率也大大提升，所以需要采取一系列安全措施和技术手段，用来确保数据信息的安全性。

相较于传统船舶信息管理，本系统可以更方便地管理用户操作整个系统过程，提高了管理用户作效率和用户体验。管理员可以在网上进行船舶数据管理、运营数据管理、维护保养等，都能够灵活地修改自己的个人信息，大大提高管理工作的效率。

本系统主要管理员一个功能单元。实现了每个单元的主要功能，本系统还提供了采用包括系统功能测试在内的多种测试方法。最终的测试结果表明，本论文针对船舶信息管理系统的特点，以Java为核心，springboot框架，以MySQL为数据库，B/S为系统构架，对船舶信息管理系统进行设计和开发。

ABSTRACT

Withthepopularizationofpaperlessofficemethodsinthenewcentury,automatedinformationprocessingandnetwork-basedinformationexchangemethodshavebeenwidelyapplied.Nowadays,manyindustriesarebasicallymanagedandtestedbycomputers,andnetworksandcomputershavebecomeimportantcomponentsoftheentireonlinemanagementsystem.Althoughinformationtechnologyiswidelyusedanddataaccessismoreconvenient,theprobabilityofdataleakageisgreatlyincreased.Therefore,aseriesofsecuritymeasuresandtechnicalmeansneedtobetakentoensurethesecurityofdatainformation.

Comparedtotraditionalshipinformationmanagement,thissystemcanmoreconvenientlymanageuseroperationsthroughouttheentiresystemprocess,improvingtheefficiencyanduserexperienceofmanaginguseroperations.Administratorscanmanageshipdata,operationaldata,maintenance,etc.online,andcanflexiblymodifytheirpersonalinformation,greatlyimprovingtheefficiencyofmanagementwork.

Thissystemmainlymanagesonefunctionalunit.Themainfunctionsofeachunithavebeenimplemented,andthissystemalsoprovidesvarioustestingmethods,includingsystemfunctionaltesting.Thefinaltestresultsindicatethatthispaperfocusesonthecharacteristicsofshipinformationmanagementsystems,usingJavaasthecore,SpringBootframework,MySQLasthedatabase,andB/Sasthesystemarchitecturetodesignanddeveloptheshipin
