基于正交试验的发动机连体轴瓦铸造工艺优化

摘要:

设计了发动机连体轴瓦铸件的铸造工艺,设计了三因素三水平正交试验,采用数值模拟和统计分析的方法,分析

了发动机轴瓦充型过程、凝固过程,以铸件残余熔体模数为判据进行了缺陷预,重点分析了浇铸温度、浇铸高度、冷铁布

置位置的变化对铸件质量的影响,确定了优化的工艺参数组合。产品试制试验和X射线探伤检测显示铸件致密性良好,铸

件质量可靠,工艺方案和工艺参数合理可行。

Abstract:Thecastingprocessotheenginejointbushingcastingsisdesigned.Thenumericalsimulationandstatistical

analysismethodareusedtoanalyzethefillingprocessandsolidificationprocessotheenginebushingandthedefect

predictionbasedontheresidualmeltmodulusothecastingbythree-factorthree-levelorthogonaltest.Theeecto

changesintemperature,castingheight,andcoldironplacementonthequalityothecastingdeterminestheoptimized

combinationoprocessparameters.TheproducttrialtestandX-rayflawdetectionshowthatthecastinghasgood

compactness,thecastingqualityisreliable,andtheprocessplanandprocessparametersarereasonableandfeasible.
