摘要

本次设计主要针对的是一种在市场上很少见的宠物粪便处理机设计，在现代的科学技术高速发展的今天，粪便处理技术也在稳步发展。本次设计考虑到宠物粪便作为一种重要的危害。而对于宠物粪便的处理相关成熟技术，目前国内和国外已经设计出来一些比较先进的处理设备。尽管国内和国外对于粪便处理所用的核心技术大多是高新技术自然风化方式，然而对于纯机械结构的宠物粪便处理机的设计则相对较少。这篇论文将围绕宠物粪便处理机的结构设计提出两种方案，并且对比两种方案，进行合理的分析，进而选择结构最为简单、粪便处理效率最高、使用效果更好和粪便处理质量较高的机构作为最终方案。下文将对该方案做结构分析、原理分析和简单的力学分析。从而对该机构各个零件做出详细的设计和分析，并且绘制出相应的装配图和零件图等等。

Abstract

Thisdesignmainlyaimsatthedesignofakindofraredomesticpetfecesprocessorinthemarket.Withtherapiddevelopmentofmodernscienceandtechnology,thefecestreatmenttechnologyisalsodevelopingsteadily.Thisdesigntakespetfecesasanimportanthazard.Forthematuretechnologyofpetmanuretreatment,someadvancedtreatmentequipmenthasbeendesignedathomeandabroad.Althoughmostofthecoretechnologiesusedforfecaltreatmentathomeandabroadarehigh-technaturalweathering,thedesignofpuremechanicalstructureofdomesticpetfecalprocessorisrelativelyless.Thispaperwillfocusonthestructuredesignofhouseholdpetfecesprocessor,putforwardtwoschemes,andcomparethetwoschemesforreasonableanalysis,andthenselectthemostsimplestructure,thehighestfecestreatmentefficiency,betteruseeffectandhigherfecestreatmentqualityasthefinalscheme.Thefollowingwilldostructuralanalysis,principleanalysisandsimplemechanicalanalysisofthescheme.Soastomakeadetaileddesignandanalysisofeachpartofthemechanism,anddrawthecorrespondingassemblydrawingandpartsdrawingandsoon.
