随着社会的进步和人们生活水平的不断提高，人们对身体健康的重视程度逐渐上升。健康管理系统应用是一种应用于健康领域的软件系统，它是首先进行数据的采集、然后存储数据、对它们进行分析、其次对这些个体或群体的健康信息进行管理，以实现健康管理和健康促进的目的。本系统主要应用的技术有：后端技术使用Java语言、SpringBoot框架进行搭建与编写前端技术采用Vue、使用MySQL作为数据库、数据库工具采用Navicat、开发工具选择IDEA服务器的搭建使用Tomcat进行完成。本系统完成的主要功能有：登录注册，用户管理，医生管理，护工管理，预约管理，将康档案管理，饮食管理。本系统的实现，首先可以帮助个体达到主动、自我管理的个人健康管理目标，可以促使人们形成健康的生活方式；同时人们积极参加体检以此来观察这一阶段身体状况通过分析结果来改善自己的身体状况，为以后的身体健康奠定良好的基础。

ABSTRACT

Withtheprogressofsocietyandthecontinuousimprovementofpeopleslivingstandards,peoplesattentiontophysicalhealthisgraduallyincreasing.Theapplicationofhealthmanagementsystemshelpspeopleestablishanorderlyandhealthylifestyle,enhancehealthawarenessandself-careability,reducediseaserisks,andimprovequalityoflife.Themaintechnologiesusedinthissysteminclude:backendtechnologyusingJavalanguage,SpringBootframeworkforbuildingandwritingfront-endtechnologyusingVue,usingMySQLasthedatabaseThedatabasetoolusesNavicat,andthedevelopmenttoolselectsIDEAservertobuildusingTomcat.Thissystemconductsarequirementanalysisforthehealthmanagementsystem,anddesignstheoverallsystemfromseveralaspectssuchasthesystemdevelopmentenvironment,systemmodules,andfunctionaldesign.Themainfunctionsthatthesystemshouldcompleteinclude:caregiverservices,patientinformation,employmentinformation,evaluationinformation,personalhealthinformation,healthevaluation,healthimprovementinformation,andappointmentcheckups.IhavetestedthefunctionalityofthesystemIdesigned,andthetestresultsshowedthatthesysteminterfaceIdesignedisquitegoodandthefunctionalityisalsoquiterich.Ithaspracticalvalueandhasthepotentialtobecomeapopularandpracticalapplication.
