TheR1210Nxx2C/xx2DSeriesareCMOS-basedPWMstep-upDC/DCConvertercontrollers,withhigh

accuracy,lowsupplycurrent.

EachoftheR1210Nxx2xSeriesconsistsofanoscillator,aPWMcircuit,areferencevoltageunit,anerror

amplifier,phasecompensationcircuit,resistorsforvoltagedetection,achipenablecircuit,acontrolleragainst

drasticloadtransientandanoutputvoltagedetector.Alowripple,highefficiencystep-upDC/DCconvertercan

becomposedofthisICwithonlyfourexternalcomponents,oraninductor,adiode,atransistorandacapacitor.

TheR1210Nxx2xSeriescandetectdrasticchangeofoutputvoltagewithacircuitcontroller,theloadtransient

responseisimproved.

EachoftheR1210Nxx2xSerieshasadriverpin,or‘EXT’pinforexternaltransistor.Byconnectingapower

transistorwithlowON-resistancetoEXTpin,alargecurrentflowsthroughaninductor,thus,largeoutputcurrent

Thebuilt-inchipenablecircuitcanmakethestandbymodewithultralowquiescentcurrent.
