Anall-solid-statebatterywasfabricatedwithLiCo0.3Ni0.7O2finepowderascathodematerials.TheLiCo0.3Ni0.7O2finepowderwas

synthesizedwithoxalatedecompositionmethodsandtheaverageparticlesizeofthepowderwas2mdiam.Intheall-solid-state

battery,a-60Li2S40SiS2powder,whichwaspreparedbyamechanicalmillingprocess,wasusedasthesolidelectrolyte.The

anodewasmetallicindiumfoil0.127mmthick.Thecharge-dischargecyclingtestofthebatterywascarriedoutunderaconstant

currentdensityof64Acm2witha3.8and2.0Vcharge-dischargecriteria.Thebatteryshowedarechargeablespecificcapacity

of98mAhg1basedonthecathodematerials.Thecharge-dischargecycleefficiencyofthebatterywasalmostunityafterthe

secondcycle.
