A t first, through analyzing the design param eters ofm ixing drum, bring up the spi ral curve equation of the m ix ing blades, s mi u late the point in to line and bu ild up spiral b lade through ANSYS software, and then, through m apped m esh ing, getting m ass uniform distribution and regular grids, consequently mi prove the accuracy and velocity of calculation . Avoid ing the phenom ena of los ing lines after the introduction of Proe/E or UG w ire fram e model into ANSYS in the form of IGES file wh ich provides a foundation for the fin ite elem ent analysis of spiral b lade.
