摘 要
随着现代社会主义市场经济的迅猛发展,人力资源不再像过去那样被当作一种成本,一套科学、合理、有效的人员激励机制体系是正确诱导员工、控制人才外流的前提,利用各种有效的方法来调动员工的积极性和创造性,使员工努力的去完成组织的任务,实现组织的目标,是企业在竞争中的不竭之泉。
本文从《管理学》的层面切入,在多种激励理论的基础上,以现在真实惠公司人力资源管理的特点为依据,对真实惠公司中人员激励问题进行了研究。本文,以真实惠百货公司为研究对象,针对真实惠百货公司有限公司的现状进行了深入的研究,并分析了其在员工激励方面所存在的问题。结合实际情况,找出了真实惠百货公司有限公司在人力资源管理上的不足之处;并以佳诚百货公司制定了适应其发展需求的人员激励机制;并为其提出了相关的建议,以求达到提高员工的积极性和主动性,提高企业的市场竞争力,从而促进社会经济发展的目的。

Abstract
With modern socialist market economy and the rapid development of human resources, no longer regarded as a kind of cost, but as a kind of important resources more attention by enterprises. But researchers and the history of human resource management of the core problem, also is the core of enterprise management. In the competitive market, under the situation of enterprise managers must further research enterprise long-term dynamic where, how to make the enterprise invincible. In the increasingly competitive today, the enterprise must constantly improve human resources management, improve the effectiveness of incentive. Therefore, a set of scientific, reasonable and effective personnel incentive mechanism is induced employees and system control of the brain drain, use all sorts of effective method to arouse the enthusiasm of the employees and creative, make efforts to finish the employees mission, achieving the organizations goals in the competition, is the enterprise is an inexhaustible fountain.
From the aspect of management, in a variety of incentive theory, on the basis of the private enterprises in human resources management is based on the characteristics of private enterprise of personnel, incentive problem is studied.
