中小企业员工激励体系构建研究 Incentive System Establishment of Small and Medium-sized Enterprise 中小企业员工激励体系构建研究 [摘 要] 改革开放以来,随着我国市场经济的不断完善,中小企业已成为世界各国经济的重要组成部分。人才的竞争也是越来越激烈,与此同时,外资企业和大型国有企业将以合理和丰厚的薪酬及福利待遇吸引大量人才,面对这一严峻的局面,中小企业应该如何应对这无疑是一个非常棘手的问题。发展中小企业是我国经济发展的重要战略之一,建立有效的内部激励体系和绩效体系是促进中小企业发展的重要措施。本文首先从中小企业激励体系构建问题的提出、国内外研究现状以及研究的方法、目的和内容入手,其次说明激励体系的构建对企业的重要性,重点指出在中小企业激励中存在的主要问题,最后提出中小企业激励体系构建的措施和方案。研究发现中小企业员工激励中存在以下几个问题:管理者激励意识比较薄弱、激励方式单一、激励体系构建缺乏有效的制度和激励缺乏一定资金的支持等等。中小企业应当更好的构建有效的内部激励体系,加强管理者激励意识、使激励方式多样化、建立有效的激励体系以及应加大在激励方面资金的投入。 Incentive System Establishment of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Business Administration Major Sin—jin Abstract: Since the initiation of reform and opening-up, with the constant improvement of China market economy, small and medium-sized enterprises have been important parts of all countries economy. Competition for talented people?is more and more intense. At the same time, foreign enterprises and large state-owned enterprises attract talented people?by reasonable & substantial salary and welfare. Under this serious situation, what small and medium-sized enterprises should do is no doubt a difficult question. Developing the small and medium-sized enterprises is the important strategy of China economic development. Establishing efficient internal incentive system is the important measure to promote small and medium-sized enterprises’ development. This article analyses current situation of small and medium-sized enterprises incentive system construction and point out the existing main problems. At last, suggestion is made to the establishment of efficient internal incentive system. The study found the following problems in small and medium-sized staff motivation: the awareness of managers are relatively weak, few ways of incentives, the lack of an effective incentive system and the lack of incentive funds and so on.
