The establishment and maintenance of its database back-end development , and front-end application development. With regard to the former we called for the establishment of strong data consistency and integrity, and the database‘s data security. As for the latter we request applications functional, fully, easy to use and so on. We choose ASP, ACEESS database development tools, provided by the use of its object-oriented development tools, first established Application of the prototype system in a short period of time, and then, we need to iteration the initial prototype system, at last we should not give up improving the system constantly until meet the user needs.
