浅析对重新犯罪的预防.docVIP

摘 要 刑释人员重新犯罪严重扰乱了社会治安秩序，侵害了国家和人民生命财产的安全，破坏了社会经济发展，已成为影响国家长治久安的一个重要因素。采取积极有效的预防对策，减少刑释人员重新犯罪，促进社会健康、有序、稳定地发展，是监狱教育改造工作的一个重要方面，也是社会各级政府和有关部门、刑释人员家庭亲属应尽的社会责任。做好刑释人员重新犯罪的预防工作，需要监狱、社会及刑释人员亲属的共同努力。本文首先阐述了刑释人员重新犯罪的特点，然后分析了刑释人员重新犯罪的原因，这里既有主观因素又有客观因素，最后提出了预防刑释人员重新犯罪的对策。即1、积极推进监狱工作法制化、科学化、社会化建设，搞好监狱体制改革，切实加强罪犯出监教育改造工作，提高罪犯教育改造质量。2、加强刑释人员的社会管理和安置帮教工作。3、高家庭素质，改善家庭关系，创造良好的家庭环境。关键字：重新犯罪；刑满释放；监狱；改造；预防犯罪 Abstract Re-release criminal punishment seriously disrupted social order, against the state and the safety of peoples lives and property, destruction of the socio-economic development of affected countries has become an important factor in long-term stability.
