活性焦脱硫技术在我国钢铁行业烧结脱硫的应用 1 曾 艳 高继贤 辛昌霞 刘 静 翟尚鹏 （上海克硫环保科技股份有限公司，上海 201203 ） 摘 要 介绍了活性焦脱硫技术及其在我国钢铁行业烧结烟气脱硫的应用。结果表明，活性焦干法脱硫技术适应 烧结烟气特点和烧结脱硫的要求，国内外已建的活性焦烧结脱硫装置运行稳定、高效， 实现了SO2 减排、硫资 源回收利用、节能减排、清洁生产，打造了循环经济产业链。活性焦脱硫技术适宜在我国烧结烟气脱硫中大规模 工业推广。 关键词 活性焦；烧结烟气脱硫；钢铁行业；节能减排 The Application of Activated Coke Desulphurization Technology for Sintering Flue Gas Desulphurization in Domestic Iron and Steel Industry Zeng Yan Gao Jixian Xin Chang xia Liu Jing Zhai Shangpeng (Shanghai Clear Science Technology Co. Ltd., Shanghai, 201203) Abstract The dry activated coke flue gas desulphurization technology and the related application of sintering flue gas desulphurization in domestic iron and steel industry were introduced. The results indicated that it is suitable for the characteristics of sintering flue gas and the requirement of sintering desulphurization by the dry activated coke flue gas desulphurization technology. The constructed activated coke sintering flue gas desulphurization equipments to purify sintering flue gas in domestic and abroad areas operated stable and efficiently, which realized the SO2 emission reduction, sulfur recovery and reutilization, energy saving and emission reduction and clean production. Therefore, the related circular economy industry chains were formed. It is suitable for large-scale industrial promotion and industrialized development in domestic sintering flue gas desulphurization projects using activated coke desulphurization technology.
