宝钢环形加热炉炉底用热态干式修补料的开发 1 齐晓青 王永萍 高 立 张胜强 沈伟国 （上海宝钢工业检测公司，上海 201900 ） 摘 要 本文详细介绍了宝钢环形加热炉炉底用热态干式修补料的最新研究成果，通过使用热态干式修补料对环形 加热炉炉底破损部位进行热态修补的方法，使得环形加热炉炉底可以不停炉连续使用，研究结果表明：通过调整材 料的颗粒级配、在材料中添加微粉和烧结剂等方法制成的热态干式修补料，可在环形加热炉炉底实际温度800～1000 度的条件下进行热态修补，修补好的材料在 1300 度温度条件下可以完全固化，固化后的修补料与炉衬黏结良好， 并且具有较高的强度，利用热态干式修补料可大幅度延长环形加热炉炉底的使用寿命，从而降低环形加热炉炉底的 检修频率以及耐火材料的消耗，确保环形加热炉炉底的稳定、长周期的使用。 关键词 环形加热炉炉底 热态 干式修补料 Development on Hot with A Dry Repair Material for Rotary Hearth Furnace Baosteel Qi Xiaoqing Wang Yongping Gao Li Zhang Shengqiang Shen Weiguo (Shanghai Baosteel Industry Inspection CORP.，Shanghai，201900) Abstract This paper describes the rotary hearth furnace Baosteel hot dry repair with the latest research results, through the use of hot dry hearth furnace repair material for damaged parts of the rotary hot repair method, makes the rotary hearth furnace can be kept continuous use.
