摘 要 内蒙古黄岗矿业公司I区选矿厂年处理量为150万吨原矿，给矿粒度为500～0mm，选厂设计为一次性平地建厂。 黄岗铁矿属于中硬度矿石，含泥量小，设计采用三段一闭路破碎流程；矿床中有磁铁矿和锡矿等29种可利用元素。磁铁矿的粒度不均匀且较粗，约为0.1～3.5mm，所以设计采用阶段磨矿，阶段磁选工艺；第一段分级设计采用水力旋流器，第二段分级设计采用高频细筛。原矿品位为37.91%。矿石经第一段磨矿分级后，分级溢流进入第一段磁选，磁选产品品位为55.00%，产率为55.95%，回收率为79.80%；粗选产品经过细筛和浓磁后进入第二段磨矿，细筛的筛下产品进入第二段磁选，产品品位为64.99%，回收率为76.85%，产率为41.42%；此时大量的尾矿被甩出，然后第二段磁选产品再进入第三段磁选，磁选产品品位为66%，回收率为76.15%，产率为40.42%；精矿经浓磁过滤，含水率小于10.21%。 关键词：选矿 磁选 精矿品位 阶段选别 Abstract I Huanggang Mining District in Inner Mongolia concentrator with capacity of 1.8 million tons ore to the mine size is 500 ~ 0mm, designed as a one-time flat concentrator plant.
