Friendship
Preview
Friendship is a unique relationship. In contrast to most other relationships, friendship is voluntary. We have no parallel ceremonies to recognize friendships and no formal standards to guide interaction among friends. The lack of social standards and recognition makes friendship a particularly challenging and exciting relationship.
